As a fortune 500 company and the primary U.S. office supply distributor to thousands of retailers across the U.S., the 7 Moves to Win survey website was created to evaluate and support the growth of their supply chain of retailers. The survey focused on seven different customer engagement topics that included areas of focus such as "Become End-Consumer Obsessed" and "Transform The Online Experience". These topics ultimately became custom coded rubrics that generated personalized business reports to gauge if their B2C retailers exceled or fell short within each survey topic taken.
If a retailer exceled, then they received congratulations on their success. But, if they fell short with one of the seven survey scores indicated a need for improvement, then a retailer received strategy and tactic recommendations as part of their survey reports. In addition, the retailer recieved a direct support option from a United Stationers marketing assistance team to help as partners with improvement needs of marketing success and business growth.
